while reading the book i saw that Tita was affecting everyone with the food that she cook. You can see that in the second chapter when Nacha is found dead after eating the poison food that Tita cook. Tita’s strong emotions become infused into her cooking. the love that she has for Pedro is Eminence. people should no that once you separate lovers they will try everything so they can be together. And we seethat in the novel. Tita and pedro always like seeing one another. when ever they had the time to see each other they use their time wisely. Time is love i could say is a good theme because, anytime they they spent together they did what they needed to do with one another. Pedro explored Tita's body like Tita explored Pedro's body. Every time they saw one another it's like their was no one els in the room but them. The only person that could stop them was Mama Elena's voice.

chapter 1: january
Tita, the main character, was born in a world with problems. first when she was born her mother, Mama Elena, could not prduce milf for her because she was so chock due to the recent death of her husband. then another problems errupt when Tita comes and present a man called: Pedro Muzquiz, to the family. This makes Tita get in trouble because the youguest daughter is not alowed to get married. Tita questioned her family tradition. she askes her self, who created those rediculous ideas. Well it is just the way it is, yet she Tita wants to change it. Tita's revolt, and the Mexican Revolution, interact with one another. the fact that people want to change government, because they do not like the way it is function, is closely related to Tita revolting on her mother for not letting her marry her lover Pedro. both of them are revolting on things that they do not like. I guess it's the original traditions.
Since Tita could not get married, Rosaura became engage with Pedro. This shock Tita in alot of ways, she was not able to sleep, she wanted to love him, but it was just forbidden. This would have shock me to if my mom did not let me get married with the girl i wanted. It would be the most annoying feeling in the world. the fact that you know you cannot have something, makes you want it more. it is something that is inside of us humans, and i don't think it will ever change.

Background
This book was first publish in 1989. It is Laura Esquirel first novel. It was translated in English in 1992, and then it became a best seller. This book is know for using magical realism. a theme that you mostly see in Latin-American culture. Magical realism is a sharply etched realism in representing ordinary events and descriptive details together with fantastic and dreamlike elements, as well as with materials derived from myth and fairy tales. In this novel it is use in a very interesting way. When we see Tita emotions poured into the food that she is cooking, and the way her mood is effects the people that eats the food. So for example when pedro was getting married to Rosaura , Tita was in a bad mood. while cooking the food, her tears fell inside of the food being cook. her tears affected everyone, and even killed her closest "friend" that gave her the love that her Mom, Mama Elena, could not give. Natcha dies in the second chapter when she eats the food with Tita's cruel emotions. This is an example of magical realism, and it is a very interesting concept to read and understand.
